Giveaways – Terms & Conditions

Monkey Grip occasionally runs competitions and giveaways to thank our customers and community.
By entering any Monkey Grip promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms (apply to all promotions)

Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Monkey Grip, Megazon Concepts Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be deemed invalid.
Wholesale customers and trade account holders are excluded from all promotions. Only retail customers are eligible to participate.
Shipping and freight charges are excluded from the final purchase price used to calculate eligibility.

Entry Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, entry is free and automatic when all promotion criteria are met.
Entries received after the closing date/time are not eligible.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring contact details are correct.

Draws & Winner Selection

Where a promotion is based on chance, winners are chosen at random using a fair draw method at Monkey Grip’s business address in South Australia.
Where a promotion is based on skill, winners are judged on merit by Monkey Grip or appointed judges.
All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification & Prize Claiming

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Monkey Grip reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
Monkey Grip is not liable for any loss or delay in delivery of prizes once dispatched.

Privacy

Personal information collected is used solely for administering promotions and in accordance with Monkey Grip’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to their name being announced publicly if they win.

Liability

Monkey Grip is not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, or delayed.
To the extent permitted by law, Monkey Grip shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

Changes & Termination

Monkey Grip may amend or cancel a promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, provided such changes do not disadvantage entrants.
Any updates will be posted on this page.

Current Promotion: Monkey Grip Prize Pack Giveaway – November 2025

Promotion Period
Starts 12:00 AM (ACDT) 1 November 2025 and ends 11:59 PM (ACDT) 30 November 2025.

Eligibility & Entry

Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
Wholesale and trade customers are not eligible to participate.
Automatic entries are awarded based on the total value of eligible Monkey Grip products purchased in a single transaction via MonkeyGrip.com.au during the Promotion Period, excluding shipping and freight costs.
Entry tiers are as follows:
- Spend $50–$99.99 = 1 entry
- Spend $100–$149.99 = 3 entries
- Spend $150 or more = 5 entries
Purchases must be for Monkey Grip’s normal goods and services. No separate entry fee applies.
In-store entries: Retail customers who purchase eligible Monkey Grip products from authorised resellers may enter by emailing a clear photo or scan of their store receipt to sales@monkeygrip.com.au with the subject line “YETI Giveaway Entry” before 11:59 PM (ACDT) 30 November 2025.

Prize

One (1) prize pack including a YETI Tundra Cooler and Monkey Grip products, total prize pool valued at AUD $650 RRP.
Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw Details

A random draw will be conducted on 5 December 2025 at Monkey Grip, South Australia.
The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days and announced on Monkey Grip’s social media channels.
If unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw may occur on 19 December 2025 at the same location.

Additional Notes

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Promotion authorised under the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) as a minor trade promotion (no licence required, total prize value under $5,000).
Prize will be delivered free of charge to the winner anywhere in Australia.
