Easy and convenient, all you pay for shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for your entire order. Occasionally we may contact you & ask you to pay extra freight if your location is remote (as advised by our courier services) & or if your item is oversize and/or heavy.
Typically, Monkey Grip items listed on the website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will more than likely be despatched on Monday (excluding the occasional public holiday).
Our warehouse team work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible; we will send you an email with tracking details to advise your item/s have been dispatched by us or alternatively if we anticipate any delays.
We ship Australia wide, please allow approximately 3-7 business days for delivery depending on where you are located within Australia, in most cases you will receive much sooner.
For NT and regional WA, QLD customers please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
